Temporary Users
The field on the bottom can be used to give a user temporary access to the system. This field has a check box option that can be checked and unchecked like the box above and is labeled Temporary user expires. When the box is checked, a calendar appears and a date and time can be selected for that user’s expiration. Once a date is manually selected, the new user’s access will be terminated at the specified date and time. If the box is unchecked, the user will have indefinite access to the system so long as their account is still Enabled.
Once every field is completed with the necessary information, the user can select the save button at the top of the screen. When this option is selected, the system will take a moment to assure that the selected PINs are available for use. If the PINs are available, the system will update and add the user.
