This menu can be accessed by selecting the Location Maintenance icon from the Administration menu. Upon doing so, a screen like the following will appear.

This menu allows the user to add, edit, and delete locations.

Adding Locations

To add a location, select the + icon on the bottom right part of the screen within the Location Administration menu.

Once this is selected, the following screen will appear:

To complete the Facility: field, use the drop down menu to select from one of the already-created facilities. The rest of the fields (Name, Building, Floor, and Area) can be populated with custom entries. These entries are used to distinguish locations and can be customized by the company to make distinguishing locations as easy as possible.

The bottom field is used to add users to the location from the company level list of users. To add a user, find the desired name from the drop down menu and press the Add User Assignment icon. The drop down menu includes the name of every user that has been created within the company. If a user is not assigned to the location, they will not be able to access any cabinet within that location. For more information on managing users within the cloud, see User Administration.

Once all of the fields are populated, press the save icon to create the location.

Editing Locations

To edit a location, select the blue edit icon in the same row as the desired location to edit.

Once selected, the following menu will appear for that location:

From this menu, any of the custom names used to distinguish the location can be edited. Additionally, the users who can access the location can be edited. This includes adding and deleting users from a particular location. To add users, use the same process outlined above in Adding Locations. To delete a user, click on the red trash can icon next to the name of the user who is being deleted.
