4.5. User Logs

This feature can be accessed from the Settings Menu by selecting the User Logs icon. Once selected, a log of all of the activity within the system is presented to the user. This log includes:

• The Users name
• The activity
• The item accessed (i.e. Bin 1)
• The description of the activity
• The exact date and time (to the second)
• The device used (Cabinet name)
  

All of this information is provided for every single activity done within the system. Additionally, all of the information from this log is sent to the cloud server and portal for remote access (see Online Cloud Portal).
